This 18/8 stainless steel mesh infuser (similar to a "tea ball" except well-made and larger) is easy to use, very sturdy, and comes with a locking lid so it will never unexpectedly pop open. We do not recommend using it in a vessel of more than 16 oz. or there won't be room for the tea leaves to expand.
