This "Huang Jin Ya" style tea hums with energy. The yellowish leaves produce a light liquor with an iron-like mineral tanginess. Their satiny texture cleans up the cup and finished with the sweetness of melon rind. Highly unusual.

Harvested and produced April 5, 2024 by Mr. Xu Yiqang in Daxi Village, Anji County, Zhejiang Province.  It’s a one bud, one leaf pick of the Baiye #1 cultivar growing at 2,800 feet.
