Taiwan Nightfall | Oolong Tea
This one is dark with no ambient light, but remarkably easy to drink. The heavy roasting turns this jade oolong into a deep, snug, and toasty sweet cup.
Harvested and produced August 28, 2023 by Mr. Gao Jinshijie in Renai Township, Nantou County, Taiwan. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Cui Ya cultivar growing at approximately 4,900 feet. The roasting process (both machine and charcoal roast) was finished September 7, 2023.
