The body is light and clear-eyed with a dry texture of fruits whose sugars remain hidden. It is young and supple, not quite its full strength, but the subtle presence of smoke, pine, and wild game hint at the potential it preserves.
Harvested and produced April 20, 2024 and pressed into cakes on August 1, 2024. Produced by Mr. Yan Yi Sao in Jingmai Village, Puer City, Yunnan Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Yunnan Big Leaf cultivar growing at 5,900 feet.
