Surprising ripe plum aromatics in a light and sprightly body. The cup decodes toasted fruit and lilacs, finishing with a grapefruit tang. An unexpected and rejuvenating rock tea.

Harvested and produced April 5, 2024 by the great Mr. Soup in Dong Feng Town, Nanping City, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Huang Guanyin cultivar growing at 2,200 feet. Final roast was conducted on December 1, 2024.
