An uncatchable cup with the ripe maturity of pears and the ephemeral spring prairie grass. The pomelo aromatics are quietly brisk. The clear and shimmering liquor has a less astringent delivery than its peers, but in its humility, it is no less ornate.

Harvested and produced April 15, 2024 and finished roasting June 12, 2024 by Mr. Huang Yuan Cai in Lizaiping Village, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. It’s a three leaf and one bud pick of the Mi Lan Xiang cultivar growing at approximately 3,400 feet.
