The label says this is oolong tea, but it feels like white tea in its soul. The primary tea was harvested September 21, 2022 and finished October 8, 2022. It is another experiment from our friend Daniel Hong who created this tea from Mei Zhan plants growing in Dehua County, Fujian Province. It has been rolled and fermented, endured 15 days of withering, and roasted. Categorizations are not helpful here. It is what it is.
