Hot Springs Sencha | Green Tea
An intensely elemental experience. The deep green color steeps a strong cup of mushrooms, minerals, and lily pads. Salty sea spray and celery soak up the finish.
Produced in the spring of 2024 in Shibushi City, Ariake Town, Kagoshima prefecture. It’s made from the Minami Kaori cultivar, which provides a well-balanced and rich cup. Shibushi City is one of the main tea production areas in Kagoshima and is known for its diverse tea cultivars.
