A simple, everyday green tea. A sprightly, light-bodied cup with a sweet vegetal character. We recommend a soft steeping method to bring out pleasant floral qualities and more opportunities to re-steep the leaves.

“Yunwu” teas, which translates to “clouds mist”, get their name from the persistent heavy fog at the higher elevations where they grow. This strains the photosynthesis process and gives unique properties to these naturally shaded leaves.

Steep 3 grams of tea in 10–12 oz of 175°F (79°C) water for 90 minutes.

Finally onto Clouds and Mist... One scoop Cranberry Spice, one scoop Clouds and Mist. Brew a pint of boiling water to cool over twenty minutes, minimum. time. The longer the better. Solid refreshment. Great value. It triples in volume while brewing. Mild green tea, if you want the health advantages of green tea without the stomach challenges, this is it. Can't believe there aren't any reviews on this tea. I feel very fortunate to have it. Thank-you ! TeaSource !

very light, almost no discernable scent and quite a weak flavor. it tastes good but the finish is dissatisfying and shallow. decent as an iced tea if you use a ton of leaves. iended up roasting most of the bag to make a hojicha blend
