Star Chart Dan Cong | Oolong Tea
The attentive fragrance of a flower whose freshness has not faded floats above a cup of autumnal spices that has not been sullied by excessive sweetness. The light body has an innate potency you can navigate with longer steeping, if you wish.
Initially harvested and produced April 23, 2024 by Mr. Huang Shu Wei in Chaoan County, Guangdong Province. He completed roasting it in late May 2024. This Dan Cong style tea is a one bud, three leaf pick of the Ye Lai Xiang cultivar growing at approximately 1,900 feet.
