Produced July 5, 2021 by Mr. Zhou Sui Guo in Fuding County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Fuding Big Hair cultivar growing at approximately 1,600 feet.

Steeping Instructions

3 grams | 10-12 oz mug | 212°F | Steep 2 min.

Traditional Steeping

Use 6 grams of tea with boiling water in a 150ml gaiwan or teapot:
10 second rinse
1^st steep – 25 sec.
2^nd steep – 20 sec.
3^rd steep – 30 sec.
4^th steep – 45 sec.
5^th steep – 75 sec.
6^th steep – 2 min.
