350-gram cake

The light body does not dilute the hearty comfort of its autumnal character.  The aromatics of aging oak leaves subdues the rich sweetness synonymous with dates.  Zero astringency and an excellent value.

Harvested and produced April 23, 2018 by Mr. Wang Zhengfeng in Panxi Town, Fuding City, Fujian Province.  Pressed into 200g cakes on May 18, 2018.  It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Fuding Da Bai cultivar growing at approximately 2,500 feet.
