Smooth and inviting like shelter from the elements. The cup character of sweet pears has aromatics of soft nutmeg and cardamom. The light-bodied liquor is impervious to astringency, but has just enough effervescence to let you know it’s Dan Cong.

Harvested and produced October 15, 2024 by Mr. Mr. Zheng Hui Feng in Gao Yuan Village, ChaoZhou City, Guangdong Province. It was roasted September 19, 2025. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Da Wuye cultivar growing at 2,400 feet.

Forgotten Winter and Supernatural Dan Cong were part of the same experiment in late season Dan Cong production.
