The Eight Mystics Dan Cong | Oolong Tea
Otherworldly in its allure, the signature citrus aromatics of the Dan Cong style are convincing in their earthly appeal of ripe peaches and maple syrup. The golden liquor leaves little in the way of astringency and the sweetness lingers long, long afterwards.
This Dan Cong style oolong by Mr. Huang Shu Wei was initially harvested and produced April 30, 2024 and completed its roasting at the end of the following month. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Baxian Xiang cultivar growing at approximately 1,300 feet in Chaoan County, Guangdong Province.
